The Monarch Advance Mini Cutter has a short raw timber handle for control in tight spaces, with angled synthetic tapered filament for accurate painting around windows, door frames, skirting and mouldings. A triple-pinned stainless steel ferrule provides durability.

We deliver Australia-wide. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and dispatch, with delivery time additional.
Standard shipping: $25
Express shipping: $45
Bulky items: $80
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders over $350. Orders containing bulky items have a single $80 shipping charge; bulky items are excluded from free and express shipping.
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard within Western Australia: 3–5 business days
- Interstate: 4–6 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 6–8 business days
- Express: 2–4 business days
These timeframes are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays. Express delivery does not shorten processing time.
Remote or island deliveries, unusually large orders and special unloading requirements may need a separate freight quote. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with any additional charges.

Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns for change of mind or items ordered in excess of your requirements. This also applies to sale and clearance items.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or something is missing from your delivery, email progeartrade@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase and details of the issue. Photos are helpful where practical. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can assess the issue and arrange the next steps, including safe transport for hazardous goods.
We replace faulty items rather than arrange repairs. Where you are entitled to a refund, you may choose one instead. Store credit is available by agreement, and we cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
Please check your delivery on arrival and report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 24 hours where possible so we can help promptly. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which also apply alongside any manufacturer’s warranty.
