Returns & Refund
ProGear does not accept returns if you change your mind or order too much.
Store credit or product replacement is offered for faulty items only. No cash refunds will be given.
If you receive a faulty item, please return it back to Pro Gear for a store credit or a replacement. Issues regarding faults in manufacturing must be raised within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at progeartrade@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll confirm this via email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be returned to sender.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items.
Warranty
All products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Please retain all receipts and packaging for warranty purposes. If an item needs to be replaced under warranty please contact progeartrade@gmail.com, we will gladly communicate with the manufacturer, but we will not give you credit or exchange the item until manufacturer’s approval.
